Starting in July 2017, DSHS will assess residents for their need and interest in accessing their community. This service called community integration and is required by federal home and community based services rules.  Please join DSHS and the Adult Family Home Council for more information about this upcoming change.
During the Webinar DSHS will:

• Provide some background information on Community Integration
• Explain what this means for AFH providers and DSHS clients
• Engage in discussion with Council membership to learn their thoughts on successful implementation of Community Integration
• Solicit feedback from Council membership on the best way(s) to provide training to AFHC members during the Spring Conference events
• Answer questions from the membership
