Last Friday, February 1, 2019 we had a successful hearing on Senate Bill 5396 on the 8 bed expansion. Thank you to those who made the trip to Olympia to testify!
Update on the House version of this bill (House Bill 1023), it has made it out of Health Care and on to the Appropriations committee.
Advocacy for better legislation, up-to-date education, relevant resources, and the ability to find residents.

That is wonderful! We can increase employment by hiring more caregivers. We also reduce nursing home cost instead of AFH cost. We balance AFH patients much better than before. Thanks, leadership!
